Many of our staff help to organise and sponsor national and local charity campaigns throughout the year.

In September, Sword Apak will be entering a team to run in the Bristol Half Marathon in support of Brittle Bone Disease. Please visit the Just Giving website if you would like to make a donation.

The Brittle Bone Society provides support for people affected by the rare, and painful bone condition Osteogenesis Imperfecta. It provides specialist advice, support and equipment to people with the condition, their families and carers, medical and other professionals.

Sword Apak recently raised over £1000 for Cancer Research by participating in the Bristol 'Race for Life' campaign.

The event took place on 'the Downs' in Clifton, Bristol which saw over 14,000 people run the 5km course. Sword Apak's 'Pink Ladies' ran a respectable time, completing the race in under an hour.
